SPA ETIQUETTE

 

We encourage you to be fashionably early to your appointment.  Arriving 5 - 10 mins prior to your appointment time will allow you time to fill in your Elemental Nature chart and enjoy a cup of Comforting Aveda tea. All treatments conclude at their allotted time.

Please switch off your phone or better still leave it at home while you relax at the spa. We appreciate your help in keeping our space tranquil.

​

We provide disposable underwear for body wraps and scrubs, but feel free to bring your swimwear if this will help you feel more comfortable. Our therapist are trained in discreet draping to ensure your privacy at all times.

​

Our Spa treatments require you to be jewellery free.  Please leave any valuable jewellery at home or secure it in your handbag prior to your treatment commencing.

 

APPOINTMENT POLICY



We recommend you book your appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

​

Credit card details may be required to hold your appointment.  We may contact you prior to your appointment to confirm your booking.

​

Your treatment time is approximate and will include a consultation and self care rituals.

​

Please make childcare arrangements for children under the age of 12.

​

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. Guests who wish to cancel/alter or rebook an appointment are required to give 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

​

Less than 2 hours notice will result in a 100% cancellation charge

 

General



For your maximum safety and comfort please let us know if your under the care of a doctor or other alternative practitioner so we can adapt the treatments to your needs.  We ask you to complete a short health and well being questionnaire regularly to keep us up to date.

Please inform your therapist or hairdresser if you are taking any medicine that can affect your skin or hair - if your not sure, please chat with us regarding this.

We want your treatment to exceed your expectations every time you come to Mineral.  Please let us know at anytime in your treatment if you need us to adjust any element for your comfort;

  • Our spa rooms are fitted with individual sound docks so feel free to bring your own IPod along and chill out to your favourite tunes!

For Men's facials treatments we recommend shaving the evening before your treatment to ensure the best facial.
