Comment: Richard and the girls always make you feel welcome and a valued client. I love the products and my scalp no longer feels like it's burnt after you have it coloured. The hair washing basins are luxurious and my neck thanks you for this !! Every element of the salon is environmentally friendly. A wonderful experience, calm and spa like feel.

Comment: The spa offers a wonderful retreat right on Oxford Street. You are made to feel like a princess ( or prince!)and it is extremely difficult to transition back to the real world after the blessed out experience in their lovely rooms. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Every treatment is a true relaxing & indulgent experience & all the products are completely beautiful & smell gorgeous. The service from all the girls is professional & they really know their products, the natural ingredients, how they were made as well as the history behind why each product was developed. I know from direct experience all the face, hair & body products I use have made a positive improvement on the texture of my skin. I highly recommend making yourself an appointment now!
